This course is designed to support yoga teachers in training with in depth anatomy study through our donor teacher (cadaver). We will review the musculoskeletal system, digestive system, nervous system.

CLCHA will provide each participant with a gown, gloves and masks. Please come with closed toed shoes, well nourished and hydrated for your lab experience.
