This series will cover core stability and balance utilizing cadaver studies. This course is designed to support us through human anatomy, its function and balance throughout the different postures we all have.
Participants will:
Learn the benefits of good posture.
Learn how to create better muscular skeletal balance throughout different
postures.
Understand how poor posture can lead to imbalance and dysfunction.
Learn postural exercises to support oneself through all stages of life.

Curvatures of the spine
Muscles of the spine into regions: cervical, thoracic and lumbar
Imbalances with the spine
How to create better balance and core stability of the spine

A class confirmation will be sent to all participants after registering.
CLCHA will provide each participant with gowns, gloves and masks. Each participant will sign a waiver and liability. Please wear closed toed shoes, be well nourished and well hydrated.
